Is the so called Islamic State in Accrington?

Who are these thugs, who believe the drama of murdering individuals   achieves anything of lasting value?

The murderous actions of the Kalashnikov wielding cocaine driven mass-murderer on a Tunisian beach last week was the latest obscene drama I’d witnessed until today, when as my wife and I were driving home from a Tesco’s shop, we learned that the nearby sub-post office at Rising Bridge had been cordoned off with the blue and yellow checked police tape showing there was an ongoing violent crime investigation.

Lynne’s mind immediately flipped back to 1974, when a sub post master a minute’s drive away had been robbed by the the infamous Black Panther, leaving friendly sub postmaster Derek Astin dead.

Ironically the murderer had spent the previous evening at the bottom of the garden we now own.

We learned later today that the robbery at the Rising Bridge sub post office had been conducted by three machete wielding villains.

As a weapon of choice the machete is not a local favorite.

Was the crime part of the strategy of the so called Islamic State?
Or just plain greed?

Greed doesn’t trump any political or religious motivation.
It’s just as bad.

But the fanaticism of political zealots is probably worce. What do you think?

Now 70, I'm getting back into website development and brand protection, as well as showcasing the delightful artistic talents of my beautiful wife Lynne. My projection will encompass a lifetime of database marketing, as well as the Christian democratic socialist ideals of my wife and I.
